ANNUAL ENROLLMENT ISN'T FAR

Good afternoon,

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July. I spent the day with my family and ate too much food; it is a blessing and a curse being married to a country girl. They can definitely cook up a storm and I like to eat. A match made in heaven!

We are not too far from the Annual Enrollment Period for Medicare. That is the time when you can switch your Medicare Advantage and Prescription plans for the following year; I have been hard at work getting appointed with all of the various companies to be able to offer those plans for 2019. They have not released the specific plans as of yet, but when they do I will be able to pass the information onto you so you can make sure you have the right coverage for you.

They have also re-instated the Open Enrollment Period. Between January and March of 2019 you will be able to switch Medicare Advantage Plans or Prescription, plans once for any reason. This does not apply to Medicare Supplemental plans because you can switch those at any time provided you can pass the health questions.

Also please remember that as of Dec. 31, 2019 Plan C & Plan F is going away. If you are currently on a Plan C or F it would be a good time to look into a Plan G or Plan N. This will help you avoid some potentially high rate increases and put more money in your pocket in the meantime. That is all for now, if you have any questions about Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans please give me a call and let me show you what customer service is all about. If you are new to Medicare or have been on it for a few years, but are not getting the service you deserve, call me and I will take care of you.

All the best,

Randy
