Happy February

Good morning all,

I hope all is good in your world. I know it has been a long time since I have posted anything, been busy with Annual Enrollment Period and now with Open Enrollment, trying to help as many people as I can.

There is a lot of chatter with changes to Medicare and Medicare For All. Right now, there have been no new changes to Medicare. If someone calls you and tells you there have been some changes, be weary.

There have been no changes to Traditional Medicare. There will be no changes to your Medicare Advantage Plans with maybe the exception of the Drug Formulary. These plans are set up in May and June. They unveil the new plans and changes to current plans for the following year later in the summer.

You have to be careful with whom you are speaking, as there are a lot of wolves in sheep clothing. Do not make a decision based off of one conversation. People are out there trying to sell you on fear, or use smoke and mirrors. Feel the agent out and make sure they are an agent and not a salesman. There is a big difference!
